I'm Nanette Sebourn
For over 40 years I have been helping people attain a better understanding of who they are and how they can better themselves in their relationships. Whether you are experiencing a disconnect in your romantic relationship or want to bolster a stronger You, I can help.
Pulling from my vast knowledge & experience within Psychology and beyond, I employ a wide range of methods aimed at maintaining harmony between your mind and body. From foundational European psychoanalytical processes to Western Cognitive/Behavioral scientifically based therapy to modern Energy Psychology, the tools I provide will help you attain the serenity you are looking for.
It is important for you to know that Psychology is working with the sub-conscious mind, period. All the other modalities you hear about are simply ways people have found or created as a way to best do that. However, I have found only two ways to do that and one is Hypnosis and the other is OEFT (Optimal Energy Field Therapy). We use traditional talk therapy during the entire process. Hypnosis is talking to the sub-conscious and bypassing the conscious mind. OEFT is using the body’s acupoints (the Eastern medical model) to bypass the conscious mind and instruct the sub-conscious mind. Because they are directly going to the source, the method is faster, easier and useful for all intellects. It is also permanent. It is the future of psychotherapy.
I am starting to semi-retire. In doing this, I will be open less hours and I will be hand picking my clients. I will no longer work with extreme narcissists.
